Comprehensive User Guide

Master the art of creating perfect QR codes instantly.

Welcome to the Digital Gateway

QR codes are an incredible tool for instantly bridging the gap between physical print and digital action. Whether you are generating a code for a restaurant menu, a business card, or a storefront payment counter, our All-in-One QR Generator makes the process frictionless. This guide will walk you through the detailed steps of utilizing all features available on our platform.

1. Generating a URL or Text QR Code

This is the most common use case. It allows users to scan the code and immediately open a website or read a specific text message on their smartphone.

  • Step 1: On the main generator page, select the "🔗 Link / Text" tab.
  • Step 2: Click on the input box and type or paste your destination URL (e.g., https://nexussolver.in). Ensure that your URL includes 'http://' or 'https://' for accurate mobile browser redirection.
  • Step 3: Click the green "Generate QR Code" button. The code will instantly render on the screen.
  • Step 4: Click the "⬇ Download HD Image" button to save the professional-grade image to your device.

2. Creating a UPI Payment QR Code

Digital payments in India and several other regions rely heavily on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI). Our tool allows you to create a precise payment code that works with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM.

  • Step 1: Switch to the "💳 UPI Pay" tab.
  • Step 2: Enter your exact UPI ID in the first field (e.g., yourname@sbi or 9876543210@paytm). Our system has strict validation to ensure you don't generate a broken code.
  • Step 3 (Optional): Enter the Payee Name. This is the name that will appear on the customer's screen when they scan the code, verifying they are paying the right person.
  • Step 4 (Optional): Enter a specific amount. If you are selling a product for ₹500, enter 500. The scanner's app will auto-fill this amount. Leave it blank if you want the customer to type the amount themselves.
  • Step 5: Click Generate and Download. Your downloaded image will clearly state your UPI ID at the bottom for verification.

3. Setting Up a WiFi Network QR Code

Sharing complex WiFi passwords can be tedious. A WiFi QR code configures the scanner's phone to connect to your router automatically.

  • Step 1: Click on the "📶 WiFi" tab.
  • Step 2: In the SSID field, enter the exact name of your WiFi network (case-sensitive).
  • Step 3: Enter your WiFi password accurately.
  • Step 4: Select your network's encryption type. Most modern home and cafe routers use WPA/WPA2. If your network has no password, select "No Password (Open)".
  • Step 5: Generate and print the code. Place it on your desk or cafe counter for seamless guest access.

Troubleshooting Scans

If your generated QR code is not scanning properly, consider the following:

Print Size: Ensure the printed QR code is at least 2x2 inches (5x5 cm) for easy scanning from a reasonable distance.
Contrast: Always print the QR code on a light background. Our generator creates deep black codes on a pure white background to ensure maximum contrast for camera sensors.
Screen Glare: If scanning from another digital screen, ensure the screen brightness is turned up and there is no harsh glare reflecting into the camera.
